Prescription Refills:
Contact the clinic at the number above at least one week before you run out of your medications. Triplicate prescriptions must be requested 7 days prior to pick up. 

Parking in the parking garage behind the UT Physicians building is free. There is a drop off area as you enter the driveway from the 610 feeder road and handicapped parking is also available adjacent to the building.  There is an elevator in the southeast corner of the parking garage.

To make an appointment for a clinic visit or house call or for further information, please call 713-486-5150 during business hours. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your first visit to complete paperwork. The initial visit and evaluation usually take 1-2 hours.
