Amazing Place

Amazing Place is a day center for adults with mild to moderate dementia.  They offer a dementia day program, caregiver support and community education.

BakerRipley, Formerly Neighborhood Centers

BakerRipley, formerly Neighborhood Centers, and Sheltering Arms offer a variety of senior programming and caregiver support programs and offer case management and have a dementia-specific adult day center.


BridgingApps is a program of Easter Seals Greater Houston that provides access to educational and therapeutic tools. BridgingApps provides basic training on how to get started with a mobile device, app lists and app reviews to assist in finding the right apps, and support for any level of user.

Care for Elders (CFE) is Houston's largest, most diverse and most experienced partnership focused solely on elder care issues.

Harris County Long-term Care Ombudsman Program

Ombudsmen can help ensure that long-term care residents get the care they want and that they are treated with the dignity they deserve. They support and promote the health, safety and rights of the residents while helping to educate consumers on options.

A free helpline operated by United Way of Greater Houston - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in many languages.
