The Office of Development advances the mission of UTHealth by seeking and securing philanthropic support for its programs in service to students and society. The office comprises four giving programs—Annual Giving, Corporate and Foundation Relations, Major and Principal Gifts, and Gift Planning, as well as offices in each of the six schools and major institutes.
Senior Development Coordinator in Major Gifts, Office of Development
This person will work with high level donors, faculty, and staff members on projects and events that raise money for the institution. They will help coordinate the logistics of lunches, conferences, and meetings.
Media Relations Specialist, Office of Public Affairs
This person will create and execute highly effective media opportunities that support and enhance UTHealth Houston’s three-part mission of education, research and patient care. A strong writing/media relations background is key.
Senior Executive Assistant Supporting Development and Public Affairs
This person will support and report directly to our Senior Vice President who is over both departments. This role provides executive administrative support for senior level executives of the University. You will be asked to perform advanced, and confidential administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organizations policies and practice.
