WIND DOWN WEDNESDAYS — FREE OUTDOOR YOGA
Open to UTHealth Students + Current Rec Center Members
Every Wednesday in November at 6PM: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18 + 11/25
All level class with continuous movement flowing
from one posture to the next, linking breath with movement.
Relieve stress + build strength!  Modifications always available.

Located on the REC's Outdoor Basketball Courts
Bring your own mat (+ props, if needed.)
Physically distanced at 6 feet minimum.
Masks required until your on your mat.

No registration needed — Just drop in!

*In case of rain, class may be cancelled or moved to the Group Fitness Studio with a limited # of people, still physically distanced to 6 feet minimum with masks required until your own your mat.


 VIRTUAL 5K RUN/WALK  [ALL VIRTUAL]

FREE for UTHealth Students + Rec Center Members
Run or walk 5K (3.1 miles) anywhere, anytime  + send us your results!
Weekly virtual races ending with a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving (11/26.)
Finish 1 race, finish them all, or as many you can.  Awards for top finishers and creative challengers!

Week #1: 10/19 - 10/25
Week #2: 10/26 - 11/1
Week #3: 11/2 - 11/8
Week #4: 11/9 - 11/15
Week #5: 11/16 - 11/22
Week #6: 11/23 - 11/29
Turkey Trot: 11/26 (Thanksgiving)

Must use a smartphone app, screenshot results/e-mail to us every Monday.
