Group Fitness classes aim to improve flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. We offer a variety of options, including: Turbo Kick, Bolly-X, PiYo, Pilates Balls, Yoga, Zumba, Interval Training, S.W.E.A.T. and Quarter Deck Camp. Not sure what each class entails?
