Group Fitness classes aim to improve flexibility, muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. We offer a variety of options, including: Turbo Kick, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga Fusion, Bolly-X, Yoga, P.H.I.I.T., Power Flow Yoga and Strength. Not sure what each class entails?
