Office of the Registrar

About Us

For students and applicants: we will provide accurate information and guidance in order to facilitate the ongoing concerns of applicants and students, by being informed as a staff and tailoring solutions to the individual's needs.

For prospects: we will furnish printed information in a timely manner, and improve communication with prospects by staying abreast of the policies and procedures of the UTHealth, UTMDACC, and the individual schools in order to provide accurate information and a professional first impression.

For schools and HSC administration: we will provide accurate and timely information to support the functions of their offices, and coordinate our efforts with them to achieve the highest level of interdepartmental support.

For external organizations: we will dispense accurate statistical information required by external organizations, by developing procedures that ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

For our department: we will seek to anticipate and coordinate the Office of the Registrar's needs during peak cyclical periods by being informed of the efforts and responsibilities of everyone, and commit ourselves in a spirit of cooperation to the common goal of demonstrating CRC to one another.
