Additional Support

Your personal identifier/username generated for entry into UTH-Share (Google) will not be exactly like your UTHealth Outlook email address. It will not contain tmc at the end and may or may not contain your UTHealth username. For example, John Doe uses John.Doe@uth.tmc.edu to access Outlook email, but the UTH-Share (Google) personal identifier/username is johndoe5@uth.edu. Email is not accessed through this UTH-Share (Google) account, nor is the Google calendar. Once you have signed-up for the UTH-Share (Google) account and enabled UTHealth two-factor authentication you can enter through the main Google website with your UTH-Share (Google) personal identifier/username and UTHealth password. For questions about the use of PHI in UTH-Share (Google) and/or instructions for use of any of the UTH-Share (Google) applications (Drive, Docs, Slides, etc.), contact UTHealth Google support via email at UTH-Share@uth.tmc.edu
