Other ways to give
Corporations and foundations
UTHealth Houston has a long history of partnering with corporations and foundations to address pressing health challenges, advance health education, and fuel scientific discovery.
Our Corporate Engagement and Foundation Relations team works closely with leadership across our schools to match the interests of organizations with university priorities. The team helps organizations navigate the university, identify opportunities that align with their goals, and coordinate campus visits and meetings with faculty.
Through crowdfunding—harnessing the power of a community of donors to make a significant impact—our supporters leave their mark on the health of our communities by giving to initiatives important to them. When many people come together in this way, they greatly amplify their impact.
Find current campaigns or learn how to start your own.
Endowments serve as permanent and reliable sources of funding to advance the university’s mission in perpetuity. While the principal remains untouched, earned income is distributed to support a purpose designated by the donor, such as an annual scholarship or research support.
Estate and gift planning

Honor Your Caregiver program
Our Honor Your Caregiver program provides an avenue for you to acknowledge a wonderful caregiver—a nurse, physician, dentist, or multitude of staff—who stood by you during your health care journey. Your gift to support UTHealth Houston in the name of your caregiver will help train the next generation who will care for our communities for years to come.
You may be able to double or triple the impact of your gift if your employer offers a matching gift program. Some employers will even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses. Use the search engine to check if your employer participates. If they do, complete their matching gift form, and we will take care of the rest.
