What to expect
Participants-leaders will receive a thorough series of 360-degree and personal leadership assessment to identify strengths, positive leader behaviors and practices.
Participants will learn targeted areas for leadership development.
Weekly intensive group sessions with opportunity to engage with the presenters and the other participant-leaders.
Personal leadership coaching and be matched with a UTHealth executive for ongoing mentoring interaction.
Assignments
The program concludes with a customized executive-level project experience.
Number of participants
Each session is limited to 25-30 participants.
After graduation
There will be ongoing cohort interaction and resources to continue your leadership development journey. You will learn more about this at the last session of the program.
