Some positions include:
Provides long-term strategic planning and proactive leadership to secure philanthropic support for a variety of institutional programs and priorities from regional, national, and international foundations, corporations, organizations and associations.
Oversees the creation, implementation, and management of UTHealth's relationship-based, grateful patient and family programs. The program's goals are to build a pipeline of grateful patient prospects and revenue, engage physicians and employees in the grateful patient process, and assist in transforming the philanthropic culture within the UTHealth clinical environment.
Develops, implements and evaluates comprehensive fundraising and advancement efforts for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gifts, endowments, and annual giving programs to benefit the assigned school within the UTHealth Science Center at Houston. Manages small team of junior gift officers.
Plans, develops, implements and manages the financial activity of UTHealth in accordance with Federal, State, University, and local policies and objectives.
