The John S. Dunn Behavioral Sciences Center complies with the State of Texas Bill of Rights for adults and adolescents and its own Patient Responsibility Policy.
Those who visit us should be able to concentrate on getting better. That's why we have financial counselors to walk you through your insurance coverage and available options. If you have any questions about your account, please call: 713-500-1500.
At the time of admission, all patients receive the Patient Handbook, which includes a copy of the Policy on Patient Responsibilities and the Bill of Rights for Psychiatric Patients.
We respect your rights as a patient, and we want to make sure you understand your rights and responsibilities. These rights are established by Texas law and are listed in the Patient Handbook. They are also displayed in all patient care units. Our staff members can explain and answer any questions you may have about your rights and responsibilities. If you have further questions or concerns about your rights and responsibilities, please contact Patient Relations at 713-741-7859.
We take great pride in providing stellar services to all of our patients and visitors. We want to hear from you if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Here are ways you may address these issues:
