Hinge Health is a coach-led digital program for those suffering from chronic back, knee, hip, or shoulder pain.
I participated in this program for knee pain and completed the full 22 weeks that is suggested. It’s like physical therapy, but in your own home! It was a cool program and I may end up doing it again to help stay on top of knee issues. They send a full kit with everything you need to do the exercises. The knee kit includes a Kindle Fire tablet with a stand, 3 different resistance bands, sensors to wear above and below the knee, chargers for each piece, and a nice little zippered pack to keep everything contained.
I took advantage and did the full program which was only 10-15 minutes, 3 times a week for 22 weeks, and I really noticed a difference in my knee pain. I even took it with me when I traveled, and it was very easy to get through airport security.
