UTHealth Houston recently implemented new software that allows internal candidates the ability to update their profiles and use AI to help them with their job search if and when they're ready to take the next steps internally in their careers. Join us as we look at the new internal careers site and understand the ins and outs of internal mobility here at UTHealth Houston!

Presenter Bios:
Samantha Brown joined the Talent Acquisition team in 2018. She left for a period of time and returned in 2021 to continue helping hire the best candidates in Houston. She loves creating positive candidate experiences and helping connect great people with even better opportunities at UTHealth Houston!
Colin Dunham has worked at UTHealth Houston in Human Resources since 2016. He works on the Talent Acquisition team where he helps with projects, data analytics, and attempting to get everyone he meets to use OneNote.
