For your convenience, most Registration and Student Records services are accessible online and compatible with all devices.

Oracle is aware of an issue with PeopleSoft systems and recent versions of Chrome and Edge browsers. If you are unable to login to myUTH or ApplyUTH, we suggest using Safari or Firefox.

The Registrar’s Office lobby is open daily, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.

We ask that all visitors schedule an appointment for services provided by the Registrar’s Office.

The Registrar's Office at UTHealth manages Admissions and Student Records for academic and professional programs at UTHealth and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions.

For students and applicants: we will provide accurate information and guidance in order to facilitate the ongoing concerns of applicants and students, by being informed as a staff and tailoring solutions to the individual's needs.

For prospects: we will provide accurate information and a professional first impression.

For schools and HSC administration: we will provide accurate and timely information to support the functions of their offices, and coordinate our efforts with them to achieve the highest level of interdepartmental support.

For external organizations: we will dispense accurate statistical information required by external organizations, by developing procedures that ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

For our department: we will seek to anticipate and coordinate the Office of the Registrar's needs during peak cyclical periods by being informed of the efforts and responsibilities of everyone, and commit ourselves in a spirit of cooperation to the common goal of demonstrating CRC to one another.
