“Fast and Cost-effective Method for SARS CoV-2 Variant Analysis with Targeted Amplicon Sequencing” lecture with Xingwen Chen, PhD. Chen joined the laboratory of Dr. Fuqing Wu, School of Public Health Assistant Professor of Epidemiology in 2023 as a postdoctoral research fellow. His research is mainly focused on monitoring diseases with wastewater samples through both PCR-based and MGS-based methods. One of his primary projects aims at developing reliable methods for SARS-CoV-2 surveillance and variant analysis in wastewater samples. Free lunch to first 20 attendees.
