Non-Escalation, De-Escalation and Crisis Management 10AM

Event Description

Join us for a 2-hour training session on Vistelar's Non-Escalation, De-Escalation, and Crisis Management (NEDECM) methods. This interactive class is designed for all staff members to enhance their ability to effectively manage and de-escalate potentially violent situations. 

What to Expect: 

• Learners will engage in practical exercises and role-playing scenarios
• In-depth discussions on non-escalation and de-escalation techniques
• Strategies for managing crises with confidence and composure
• Instruction from certified Vistelar trainers

What You Will Learn: 

Participants will be trained on Module 1 of Vistelar’s NEDECM, including the 12 methods and tactics that will assist learners in preventing, recognizing, and managing workplace violence. The methods and tactics presented in the class will help you create a work environment incompatible with emotional and physical violence.  

Class Duration: 2 hours 

To prepare for this training you will need to: 

1. Arrive to the training on time, and in professional and appropriate attire for the methods and tactics being taught.
2. Have an open mind and positive attitude.
3. Bring a water bottle.
4. Bring a pen and highlighter.

Credit: Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
