Performs a variety of advanced and complex clerical tasks to support assigned area. Decisions could impact assigned area.
Plans, coordinates, and directs a major function of the business management and/or administrative/support services for a large department.
Provides administrative and/or secretarial support for an executive, including Directors, assistant vice president, vice president, professors/faculty. Performs standard, advanced, and confidential secretarial duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization’s policies and practice.
Provides support and assistance in one or more functional areas of human resources: 1) Employment/Pre-Employment 2) Employee Relations 3) Learning and Development 4) Compensation 5) Benefits.
