McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics

The health informatics accreditor of the D. Bradley McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics at UTHealth Houston is the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). The College's accreditation for the master's degree in health informatics has been reaffirmed through 2026. At The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences:

The UT Genetic Counseling Program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counseling. Upon completion of the program, graduates are expected to be proficient in the Practice Based Competencies set forth by the ACGC.  By graduating from an accredited genetic counseling program, alumni are eligible to sit for the board certification examination from the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
