Data Classification and Retention Schedule for iRIS
This procedure describes the classification of data and records retention schedule for iRIS for the
Office of Research as set forth and approved by UT System.
I. Medical research records including research protocols involving human subjects have been classified as confidential and permanent. II. Records are retained as outlined in the Records Retention Schedule (http://records.uth.tmc.edu/retention_schedule.htm) approved by UT System.
