What do do after changing your password
Update the password on all your devices and UTH-related apps (mobile phone, tablet, Outlook and Teams app).
If you changed your password while working remotely, please do the following:
- Launch the VPN Client that can be found in the START menu or by searching in your applications.
- Sign in to the VPN client with your new password
- Lock your computer and sign back in with your new password. You can lock your computer by pressing the following button combination:
- Windows: Windows Button (W) + L
- Mac: Control + Command + Q
Your computer should now be synced with the new password. It is best to perform a computer restart and then sign onto the computer once more with the new password. This will allow any Microsoft applications and network drives to function properly again.
