What do do after changing your password

Update the password on all your devices and UTH-related apps (mobile phone, tablet, Outlook and Teams app).

If you changed your password while working remotely, please do the following:

  1. Launch the VPN Client that can be found in the START menu or by searching in your applications. 
  2. Sign in to the VPN client with your new password
  3. Lock your computer and sign back in with your new password. You can lock your computer by pressing the following button combination:
    1. Windows: Windows Button (W) + L
    2. Mac: Control + Command + Q

Your computer should now be synced with the new password. It is best to perform a computer restart and then sign onto the computer once more with the new password. This will allow any Microsoft applications and network drives to function properly again.
