All data for Pedi PROOVIT will be stored on REDCap. To input information into REDCap, each person at our institution needs to obtain a UTHealth Houston guest account.
Steps to obtain a UTHealth Houston guest account:
- Provide Information: Send the names and email addresses of all individuals who will be entering data into REDCap to [email protected].
- Follow Email Instructions: Each person will receive an email with instructions for filling out an online form. Be mindful of the expiration date on the email. If anyone needs the email to be resent, they should contact [email protected].
- Receive Approval: Once approved for a guest account, you will receive an email with your username.
- Set Up Account: Use the provided link, https://redcap.uth.tmc.edu, to log in and set up your account.
- Add Study: After setting up your REDCap account, the study will be added to your account.
