Internal UTHealth Users

UTHealth users may now view the Cooley Life Center calendar using the UTHealth’s Astra Schedule application. Please follow the steps listed below:

1. Access the Astra Schedule application
2. In the upper right hand corner, users will log in using their University ID and password issued by UTHealth. (This is the same user name and password used to access UTHealth email account.)
3. Click on the "CALENDARS" tab.
4. Select "SCHEDULING GRID"
5. Click on the "Cooley Life Center" choice from the "Choose Calendar" drop down menu located in the upper right hand portion of the application.
6. Select the date that space is needed for your event by clicking on the calendar icon located in the upper left portion of the application above the "Room" list. Once the date is selected, click on the green arrow "Update Results" icon or hit enter. The calendar will change to view the date selected.
7. If the date is available, submit the online solicitation form as soon as possible to Auxiliary Enterprises for approval. The approval response will take approximately 3-5 business days.
