Concurrent Enrollment
For UTHealth students
Procedures for Enrollment as a non-degree student at another concurrent enrollment institution
- Print and fill out the concurrent enrollment form.
- Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
- Submit the form to UTHealth, Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
- List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from the Office of the Registrar at the concurrent institution.
- The concurrent institution's Office of the Registrar or the student should return a copy of the completed enrollment form to UTHealth, Office of the Registrar (7000 Fannin, Suite 2250).
- You will be registered for your courses and will be assessed tuition and fees according to the schedule at the concurrent institution.
- Inter-institutional/Concurrent Enrollment students will not be allowed to enroll in non-UTHealth courses outside of the published registration dates.
For non-UTHealth Students
Procedures for students of a concurrent enrollment institution for enrollment at UTHealth as a non-degree student
- Print and fill out the application form and the concurrent enrollment form.
- Obtain your advisor's signature, and date the form.
- Submit the form to your home institution's Office of the Registrar for full-time enrollment and residency verification.
- First time students or students who have not been enrolled at UTHealth for the last academic year will have to pay a $30 application fee at the Student Financial Aid Services Office, 7000 Fannin, UCT 2240, Houston, TX.
- List courses on the form that you wish to take and obtain approval from UTHealth's Office of the Registrar (7000 Fannin, Suite 2250).
- You will be registered for your courses and will be assessed tuition and fees according to the schedule at UTHealth.
- Inter-institutional/Concurrent Enrollment students will not be allowed to enroll in UTHealth courses outside of the published registration dates.
