Applying a Family Caregiver Supports Needs Assessment Tool in Home-based Primary Care: An Approach to Elder Mistreatment Risk Reduction and Prevention
This study seeks to: (1) test the feasibility and acceptability of applying the Carer Support Needs Assessment Tool (CSNAT) intervention in home-based primary care (HBPC); (2) explore the impact of the CSNAT intervention on mechanistic variables of elder mistreatment (caregiving strain, caregiver well-being and quality of life); (3) examine the relationships between mechanistic variables and elder mistreatment.
