TMC Funding Opportunity - June 2018

The Texas Medical Center’s (TMC) Health Policy Institute recently announced a call for the TMC Funding Program in Collaborative Health Care Policy – Reducing Health Disparities. The Institute will award a total of $950,000 for innovative, two-year projects that demonstrate a measurable reduction in health disparities.

UTHealth investigators interested in submitting a Letter of Intent should send their application to Marianne Dwyer, Director of Development, Corporate and Foundation Relations, no later than Tuesday, July 10 for review prior to submission.

Note:  This grant requires collaboration of three or more TMC member organizations. Please be aware that multi-component systems (even if listed as individual members) are counted as one collaborator. Therefore, while multiple UTHealth schools may participate, at least two additional outside institutions must be included to meet the collaboration requirement.

Please contact Marianne at 713.500.3179 if you have any questions or would like help in preparing your submission. For more information on the program, including LOI requirements, please click here.
