UT Health’s Sourcing Events are conducted via an electronic bid process. Coupa eSourcing is used to facilitate the entire Sourcing process from bid creation to evaluation and award.  Click here for eSourcing training documentation to assist in participating in Sourcing Events through Coupa. The Coupa Supplier Response Submittal video will provide guidance on how to submit your proposal in Coupa.

You can also register in the Coupa Supplier Portal here, to access an active Event.

The supplier is responsible for monitoring the Sourcing Event and Attachments Tab in Coupa for any postings of amendments or other information

A brief meeting regarding the project will be given prior to the walkthrough. The Pre-Submittal Conference/Walkthrough will allow all Proposers an opportunity to ask University representatives relevant questions, to tour the site, and to clarify provisions of this RFP.

Each Proposer needs to visit HCPC, walk the facility, and see the inventory we currently use. Each Proposer must provide samples of their products within two weeks of walkthrough.

Prior to contract acceptance, UT Health needs to review the Proposer's facility to determine if the processes are adequate.
