Membership

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to all Texas Medical Center faculty, staff, residents, students, UT system alumni and immediate families. For UTHealth students currently enrolled in class, membership is included in the Student-Service Fees. During the summer or when not enrolled in class, UTHealth students may purchase a membership. Proof of eligibility (Texas Medical Center Institution ID or Alumni Status) required at initial enrollment. TMC Institutional ID is also required at every renewal.

Membership Length

Monthly Auto-Payment (EFT)

Electronic Funds Transfers is automatically deducted from bank account on the 6 - 8th of each month
Revisions and cancellations require written notification by the 24th
Check required at enrollment

Monthly

Expires on last day of respective month
Memberships are pro-rated on 15th of each month
Last 7 days complimentary with purchase of membership
10% discount for ages 62+ (not good with any other offer)

Quarterly

Expires on last day of third month
Last 7 days complimentary with purchase of membership
10% discount for ages 62+ (not good with any other offer)

Yearly

Expires one year from date of purchase
10% discount for ages 62+ (not good with any other offer)
